WHAT IS THE MINIMUM GROUP SIZE?

All you need is 10 people to qualify as a group.

 

WHEN IS THE DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT REQUIRED?

The 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking and final payment is due 2 weeks prior to performance date.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes! Group orders can be adjusted until the time of final payment. However once final payment has been received; there are no cancellations or refunds. To make things even easier, you can add on additional seats even after you have finalized your order with no additional service charge.

 

DO ALL THE SEATS HAVE TO BE LOCATED IN THE SAME SECTION TO QUALIFY AS A GROUP PURCHASE?

Tickets can be located in any section as long as they add up to a minimum of 10 tickets.

 

CAN MY GROUP MEMBERS ADJUST MY ORDER?

For your protection, only the group leader or someone you as the group leader has designated on your account can make adjustments.
If you have someone that will be assisting you such as a co-chair, secretary/assistant, spouse, relative or co-worker and you would like them to be able to modify your seats or make a payment just give us their name and we will add them to your account.

 

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY GROUP TICKETS?

You can pick up your group tickets once payment is made in full.  For your convenience, they may also be held at the Will Call until your scheduled performance.

 

CAN MY GROUP TICKETS BE MAILED TO ME?

Once your payment is made in full, we will be happy to mail your tickets to you.

 

IS PARKING FREE IN OLD TOWN?

Yes, most of the parking in Old Town is free. We have a small lot adjacent to the theatre reserved two hours before each performance, though this can fill up very quickly. There are several other lots nearby, as well as lots of residential parking. Due to the large number of restaurants and attractions in the area, we always recommend allowing 30 minutes for parking. HOW LONG IS THE PERFORMANCE?

Performance lengths vary, typically one and a half to two and half hours, and can change up until Opening Night. We recommend calling the Box Office as close to your scheduled performance as possible for the most accurate run time.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Please advice our Group Sales Representative when placing your reservation if you have group members with special seating needs (i.e. wheelchair, walker, or mobility issues) and we will be happy to assist!
