Celebrate with Cygnet

Make your next holiday party a Cygnet event! Relax and enjoy a beautifully catered private reception on our spacious outdoor patio, then head into the theatre for a performance by our award-winning company. Let us know and we’ll make it a night that you and your guests are sure to remember!

RATES

Group discounts range from 10 – 30% depending on day of the week. Discounts can be applied to Section A and Section B seats. Prices vary by performance. Contact our group sales representative for more information.

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is needed to reserve your seats. The final count and payment are due 2 weeks prior to your performance. This can be done via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), cash, or check.

TICKETS

Once we have received your payment in full, your tickets can be mailed to you or we can hold them at Will Call.

You may adjust the size of your group (up or down) right up to two weeks prior to your performance. Once the final payment has been made, tickets may still be added at the group rate (depending on availability), however the size cannot be reduced due to our no refunds policy. Group rates and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.

RECEPTION PACKAGE

Cygnet Theatre works with various local restaurants to help customize a reception package that is perfect for your group. Click here for more information about our Private Reception Packages.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Please advise our Group Sales Representative when placing your reservation, if you have group members with special seating needs. i.e.: wheelchair, walker, trouble climbing stairs, etc. We will be happy to assist.

GROUPS WITH CHILDREN

Children between the ages of 5-15 get half off the regular ticket price! Due to the intimate nature of our theatre, we do not allow children under the age of 5 to attend performances.
