Pamela is a program evaluation consultant to non-profit organizations and public agencies in the San Diego area. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Northwestern University, and was a member of the University of Florida’s Sociology Department for many years. She is a former Planning Commissioner for the City of Del Mar.
